HERE AND NOW
Stay Current…
This page is a living document, and with how withered my house plants are, bear with me if this ever seems to be a little out of date! I'm always in the middle of something, and here's what that looks like (hopefully) right now.
After years of building my chops across Paramount Streaming's Creative Content team, 2026 has become the year of going bigger. I've been deep in single-title promotional work for some of the most exciting shows on Paramount+ like Criminal Minds: Evolution, School Spirits, Little Disasters, RuPaul's Drag Race, and The Chi. I’ve also recently stepped into feature support territory, cutting content for Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Studios projects, including The SpongeBob Movie: The Search for SquarePants, Scream 7, and Primate. Safe to say the library is getting a little more interesting, and hopefully, I can bend the elements to my favor to work with one of my favorite fandoms. Those who get it, get it.
Outside the edit bay, I finished my UCLA Extension Television Writing Certificate in December — a three-year program I completed while working full-time, because apparently I don't know how to do one thing at a time. I'm also working toward my Adobe After Effects certification, freshly off my Premiere Pro certification from last spring. And after a long recovery from ankle ligament reconstruction, I'm finally back on the soccer field and the climbing wall, which is another win in my book.
Upcoming…
After years of Zoom squares and muted mics, returning to the office five days a week has been its own kind of upgrade. Turns out, when people can actually see you in the room, they notice how much you're doing in it. And, if we’re being honest, I've never exactly struggled with talking people's ears off in person.
The writing side of things is brewing nicely. I'm coming out of a prolific spec season — two animation pilots, two half-hour specs, and two hour-long pilots — and this summer I'm taking my first crack at a feature script. More on that soon.
I'm also taking the leap into submitting my work to fellowships, programs, and contests for the first time. It's the riskier, realer version of the career I've been building toward — and it feels like exactly the right moment.
